Sangral Micro Fe is a specialized chelated iron fertilizer formulated to correct and prevent iron chlorosis in crops grown on calcareous / alkaline soils where conventional iron sources become fixed. Chelation keeps iron soluble and plant-available, supporting chlorophyll synthesis (indirectly), photosynthetic efficiency, balanced metabolic activity, and vigorous green growth.
Typical Analysis (adjust when confirmed):
- 13% Fe as Fe-EDTA (ideal for foliar & fertigation in moderate pH soils)
or - 6% Fe as Fe-EDDHA (Ortho-Ortho ≥4.5%) for persistent availability in high pH (7.5–9) soils.
Why Iron Matters: Essential cofactor in respiratory and photosynthetic enzymes; deficiency triggers interveinal chlorosis on young leaves, stunting, reduced yield potential.
Key Benefits:
- High stability & availability under alkaline / calcareous conditions.
- Rapid dissolution—easy tank preparation, uniform distribution.
- Fast correction of interveinal chlorosis in new flushes.
- Enhances chlorophyll density → improved photosynthetic rate & biomass.
- Dual application flexibility: foliar spray or fertigation.
- Good tank mix compatibility after jar test.
Deficiency Indicators: Interveinal yellowing on youngest leaves while veins remain green; stunting; weak lateral growth.
Suggested Rates (Adjust to soil/tissue tests & chelate type):
- Foliar (Fe-EDTA 13%): 0.5 – 1 g/L (50–100 g per 100 L) every 10–14 days until correction.
- Fertigation (Fe-EDTA 13%): 2 – 4 kg/ha split over 2–4 events during vegetative phase.
- Fertigation (Fe-EDDHA 6%): 3 – 6 kg/ha at season start (or 30–60 g/tree medium fruit trees), followed by 1–2 lighter maintenance doses.
- Young date palms: 20–30 g/palm (EDDHA) or 10–15 g/palm (EDTA) applied in solution to moist root zone.
Application Guidelines:
Apply in moist (not waterlogged) soil. Foliar sprays early morning or late afternoon with thorough underside coverage. Avoid mixing with highly concentrated phosphate, oils, or strong copper formulations without prior jar test.
Storage & Safety:
Store sealed, dry, cool. Use gloves & eye protection. Do not leave dissolved solution standing for extended periods.
Expected Response: Visible greening within 5–10 days; sustained green coloration in new growth with maintained program.
