Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by:

• Sending an email to support@nabta-platform.ae or calling +971 55 172 5620 during business hours, stating the order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order has already begun processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. We recommend contacting us immediately to check the order status.

Refund procedure:

• The value of the cancelled order will be refunded only through the original payment method.
• It may take up to 45 days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the issuing bank’s procedures.

Shipping and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable once the shipment has left our warehouse.

Agritech Solutions FZ-LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
