Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
   • A refund may be requested if:
      a. The order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe (see Cancellation Policy).
      b. A product is approved for return under our Return Policy (damaged, incorrect, or unopened in original packaging).
      c. A paid-for service is not delivered as described.
2. Refund Method
   • All refunds are issued only to the original payment method (same credit / debit card or wallet used at checkout).
   • Cash refunds are not permitted.
3. Processing Time
   • We initiate the refund within 2–5 working days of confirming eligibility.
   • Depending on the issuing bank, the amount may take 10–45 days to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
   • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
   • Any customs duties or bank charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Partial Refunds
   • If only part of an order is returned, we will refund the value of the returned items minus any non-refundable fees.
6. How to Request a Refund
   • Email support@nabta-platform.ae or call +971 55 172 5620, quoting the order number and reason.
   • Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and reference number for your records.
7. Legal Notice
   • This policy complies with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Your statutory rights are not affected.
