Delivery Policy

1. Service Coverage
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates through approved local couriers. International shipping is not available.

2. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. GST (Mon – Fri) are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
• You will receive an e-mail/SMS with the tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.

3. Delivery Zones & Fees

A | Dubai (all districts) | 3 working days | 25 AED
B | Sharjah & Ajman | 3 working days | 25 AED
C | Abu Dhabi city & Northern Emirates (RAK, UAQ, Fujairah)** | 3 – 4 working days | 35 AED
D | Remote / Out-of-Delivery-Area locations (e.g., Hatta, Liwa, Ruwais, Daba) | 5 – 7 working days | 50 AED

*Transit times exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.
 **For Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah city centres.

4. Delivery Conditions

• A full address and active phone number are required to avoid delays.
• Couriers make up to two attempts; undeliverable parcels are returned to our warehouse.
• Proof of delivery (signed waybill or electronic confirmation) is kept on record.

5. Delays & Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by force-majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, road closures) or issues beyond our control.
